General Terms Agreement

The Agreement describes our terms regarding the use of Xero products and services that are mentioned on the website including updates, references, and new releases, content and all other. It includes:

Payments for all services will be charged in US dollar and the amount shall be debited once you subscribe and provide the payment details as mentioned in the payment terms or service agreements in the website.

Payment can be done through any of the following:

·         Any valid Credit Card will be accepted at Quick-Tech-Solution.

·         Any valid Debit Card will be accepted at Quick-Tech-Solution.

·         Any Valid PayPal Account.

·         There should be a sufficient fund balance in the account to allow debit.

·         Through other payment methods issued by Quick-Tech-Solution in writing.

·         In case of incorrect or incomplete details of payment information, you are requested to kindly notify us of the same. Failure to do so may render your account being suspended or terminated without any further access to services.

·         In case we are not notified about any updates in your payment information, we may get in touch with your card provider for uninterrupted payment of services, and with your authorization we will continue billing you with the same updated details.

·         We will not automatically renew any of our services unless it is mentioned in the Service or Product Agreement.

·         In case of any additional comments or renewal terms, one can look for the same on the website for individual Product or Services

Bookkeeping, Accounting and Payroll Services

At Quick-Tech-Solution we provide you with numerous bookkeeping/payroll services/ tax management, other accounting facilities including Xero Accounting Software services. We charge for our bookkeeping/ accounting/ tax/payroll services once the service is delivered and all payments are subject to refund and return policy as mentioned in the website.

Xero Technical Support Services

Our Xero Consultants are always available to help customers via telephone, and are also available for live assistance if opted for the same. For all services offered by our advisors, charges are prepaid and refund or return policies are subject to as mentioned in the website.

Product Availability

Every product on our website is subject to availability. And in case of any product or service being out of stock due to higher customer demand, we shall promptly inform you at the earliest possibility once it is reimbursed. Also, customers can return ordered items and exchange them for in-stock items. We are not liable for any typographical or pictorial error on any product of our website.

UXero Restrictions

Any kind of duplication or modification on the Quick-Tech-Solution website without the written consent from Quick-Tech-Solution is strictly prohibited. Also, we do not express that the information contained on our site is appropriate, available or permissible for use in all locations.

Right to Change or Modify

Members are agreed to indemnify and hold Quick-Tech-Solution (Fintech Softwares LLC), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, agents, and contractors harmless for any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and the charges, made by any third party due to or caused by the Member’s use of the Services, violation of the said Agreement. Any infringement by members or other user of the services using a member’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right related to a person or an entity.

Third Party Sites

Quick-Tech-Solution is not responsible for any content, service or link that is present on its website but is owned and operated by other third-party sites or member. Member should contact the site administrators or the webmaster for any concerns regarding any third-party site or link. Also, member’s use of any service from the third-party site or access to any link is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of third-party site and Quick-Tech-Solution is not responsible anyhow for the same. We also encourage all our Members to kindly review the respective privacy policies of third-party sites prior to uXero of service.

Sever-ability

In case any provision contained in the agreement becomes invalid, illegal and hence unenforceable as a whole or partly, such invalidity, illegality or un enforce-ability shall not affect the rest of the provisions or the rest of the agreement, and the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so as to present similar result that can be valid or enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions together with the Quick-Tech-Solution invoice regarding the product ordered by the customer is complete and is an exclusive agreement between the customer and Quick-Tech-Solution, and they supersede every previous or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understanding, condition, warranties and all other communication between Quick-Tech-Solution and customer regarding the subjected product. The agreement may not explain or supplement the prior course of dealing or trading by custom or uXero.

Copyright and Trademark Information

All content included and available on the Quick-Tech-Solution Website including videos, test materials, design, text, graphics, interfaces and the selection and arrangements of the same is within the reserved rights, and is the property of Quick-Tech-Solution or owned by third parties protected by the Intellectual Property Rights. Any use of the materials on the website including duplication for actions other than those included in the license, modification or distribution, display performances, copying or any form of data removal or data extraction used for any commercial purpose of any kind without the written consent of an authorized officer of Quick-Tech-Solution is strictly prohibited. Also, all Members are to agree that he/ she will not use any robot spider, other automatic device, or any manual process to monitor or copy from the web page or any content mentioned on it without the prior approval and written consent of the permissible authority of Quick-Tech-Solution

The logo and trademark of Quick-Tech-Solution are owned by exclusive rights of Quick-Tech-Solution and its associate or sister concerns. Right of Refusal
