To fix this issue:
Step One: Ensure you are on the newest Quicken unleash
Select the Tools> One Step Update, otherwise you will visit
help> Check for newer versions.
Click Update currently.

Step Two: Fix the accounts inflicting the error
First,
Select Tools> Account List
If present, choose the Hidden Accounts check box at all-time
Select Edit on every web service tab.
When finished, shut the Account List
Second,
Go to File> File Operations> Validate & Repair>
Validate file, to with the on-line settings
Close, then re-Open Quicken
Third,
Select Tools> Add Account
Go through the method of reorganizing your account with Quicken,
providing you with the information you need to discover the accounts
Select to have accounts already have got originated in Quicken.
